Erasmus+ KA122-ADU | 2025–2026
Pianeta in Bilico – A World on the Edge is a European mobility initiative implemented by Terra Dulcis within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The project contributes to the Programme’s priorities by integrating environmental sustainability, inclusion and diversity, and adult education capacity building. It supports the development of inclusive climate action practices at local and European level through structured international cooperation.
Climate change presents complex environmental, social, and economic challenges. While its impact is widespread, participation in sustainability initiatives is often unevenly distributed.
Vulnerable groups — including migrants and socially disadvantaged adults — frequently face barriers to accessing environmental education and civic engagement opportunities.
This project was developed in response to the need for:
Inclusive sustainability education
Practical green skills development
Stronger community participation
Enhanced organisational capacity in climate-related initiatives
Pianeta in Bilico addresses these priorities by linking adult education with structured international mobility and knowledge exchange.
The project is guided by three core objectives:
Strengthening Organisational Capacity: Enhance our ability to design and implement climate initiatives that integrate social inclusion as a structural component.
Empowering Adult Learners: Support adult participants — particularly those with fewer opportunities — in acquiring practical green competences and strengthening their active citizenship.
Expanding Community Engagement: Increase awareness and promote inclusive climate action through dissemination activities and European cooperation.
The project is implemented in collaboration with GreenHope Association, an organisation with established expertise in sustainability education and migrant inclusion.
This partnership facilitates the exchange of methodologies, practical experience, and inclusive approaches to environmental action.
International cooperation strengthens both organisations’ capacity to develop scalable and sustainable educational models.
Learning Through Experience
At the heart of the project are international mobility activities designed to combine experiential learning, professional development, and intercultural exchange. These experiences transform sustainability from theory into practice.
The project includes two international mobility actions:
