Merhudina Pazevska is a dedicated youth worker with a strong commitment to sustainability and community empowerment. Her work focuses on creating impactful projects that promote environmental awareness and inspire young people to lead positive change. Passionate and driven, Merhudina brings invaluable insight and energy to the Terra Dulcis team.

With a background in Economics and Management and a Master’s in Data Science from Bocconi University, Jing brings valuable expertise to our team. Her commitment to environmental sustainability, combined with her skills in strategic planning and project management, drives impactful initiatives that promote environmental awareness among youth. 

Hajar  is a passionate advocate for human rights, focused on migration, poverty, and education access. Her commitment to making the world fairer, alongside her love for animals and community work, makes her an invaluable part of Terra Dulcis’s mission for sustainability and youth empowerment.

Oscar is a passionate youth worker and valued member of Terra Dulcis, who recently completed his M.Sc. in Food Innovation and Product Design through the Erasmus Mundus program, earning a triple degree from Dublin, Paris, and Napoli. His groundbreaking work on upcycling chickpea byproducts into nutritious food models aligns with our mission to promote environmental awareness and sustainability.

With a background in biology and extensive experience in youth work, Evdjan is dedicated to environmental sustainability and empowering young people. His passion for climate action and green entrepreneurship, combined with his skills in leadership and community engagement, make him a vital force for positive change.

Monica is an MSc student at Bocconi University, specializing in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Law. She has gained expertise in international accounting standards, corporate governance, and financial valuation, complemented by an international study experience in the UK. Monica’s global outlook and commitment to sustainable business practices bring valuable insights to the Terra Dulcis team.

Christal has a strong background in Tourism Studies, with expertise in tourism management, sustainable tourism, and cross-cultural communication. Her experience in hospitality and language skills align with Terra Dulcis' mission to promote cultural awareness, sustainability, and youth empowerment through global perspectives and community engagement.
