YOUTH EXCHANGES
YOUTH EXCHANGES
At Terra Dulcis, we are committed to empowering young individuals through transformative international experiences. Our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Program provides a unique platform for participants to engage in intercultural learning, enhance their skills, and establish meaningful global connections.
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange program facilitates structured exchanges between groups of young people from different countries, fostering cross-cultural learning in a dynamic and immersive environment. These exchanges typically last between 5 and 21 days and incorporate a range of non-formal educational activities such as workshops, discussions, outdoor challenges, and cultural excursions. Participants gain hands-on experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and personal development while addressing key social and global issues.

Our latest project, Youth Going Green, is an Erasmus+ youth exchange that will take place in Kaunas, Lithuania, gathering young people from across Europe between 14 and 22 September 2025. The initiative also included a preparatory meeting from 3 to 5 September 2025, bringing together youth leaders to co-design the activities and ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.
Developed in close partnership with Mano Europa, our Lithuanian hosting organisation, the project aims to inspire young people to adopt sustainable habits, understand the environmental consequences of everyday choices, and take action within their local communities. Through practical workshops, outdoor activities, intercultural learning, and the sharing of good practices, participants explore environmental challenges and collaboratively design eco-friendly solutions.
Youth Going Green unites participants from Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus, and Spain, creating a vibrant multicultural environment where ideas, knowledge, and experiences can flow freely. The project not only strengthens environmental awareness but also builds skills in teamwork, communication, leadership, and active citizenship.
This initiative is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme, which supports opportunities for young people to learn, connect, and drive positive change across Europe. With the support of Erasmus+, and thanks to the coordination of Mano Europa, Youth Going Green empowered young people to transform awareness into action, locally and beyond.
